By accessing and using Hello Pretty services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Hello Pretty by Jada Chatman provides luxury beauty services including hair styling, waxing, facial treatments, body sculpting, and beauty consultations. We also offer premium beauty products for purchase.

Appointment Policy

All services are provided by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by phone. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations to avoid cancellation fees.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Zelle. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

Health and Safety

Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect services. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for the client.

Limitation of Liability

Hello Pretty and its staff shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
